Mobile Menu Anchor Links Not Working

On my client’s website there are mobile menu links that have anchor tags (ex: /cabins/1-bedroom/#bass). The anchor link will work on a desktop but not on mobile. On mobile the page will load, but will not scroll to the anchor tag on the page. Any suggestions on fixing this issue would be appreciated.
