Try this troubleshooting:
1.Deactivate all your plugins
Check in your browser now if mobile menu gets display or not.
2.Now, activate plugins 1 by 1.
3.While activating each plugins check in browser every time if mobile menu is appearing.
4.If mobile menu disappear while activating any plugins, then that’s the plugins causing the issue
