Mobile menu

  • Hi,
    on mobile we have theese two problems:

    1- We didn’t see close button for close menu
    2- all submenu are collapse…we would a sign like + for collapse sub menu.

    Does you mobile menu look anything like the mobile menu you see on megamenu.com? If not, it may not be our mobile menu that you’re looking at – it could be the mobile menu from your theme. If you could post a link to your site I will take a look.

    Hi emporio3,

    Thanks. Please try going to Mega Menu > General Settings and setting the Active Menu Instance to “2”. That should give you back the theme style mobile menu. (Remember to clear w3 total cache after making any changes).

    Hi emporio3,

    The menu you see on mobile is now 100% controlled by your theme, but it seems it does not display how you’d like it to.

    I think you will need to install a dedicated mobile menu plugin and use that for your mobile menu instead. There are a couple of free ones I know about which are good and should do what you want, they are called Responsive Menu and ShiftNav (others are available, but I have not used them personally).
