mobile map not showing

    Hi, the desk top version all work. however when I resize the screen down to a mobile, then the map disappears. (on desktop & mobile) Wondering if I’m doing something incorrect? the demo from your site seems to work just fine when resized!

  • Hi there,

    I am examining your website and I suspect you have included the [wpsl] shortcode twice, one for desktop and another one for mobile. Could that be the case?

    The <div id="wpsl-gmap" class="wpsl-gmap-canvas"></div> appears twice in your HTML output, that is what led me to infer this could be the issue.

    The [wpsl] shortcode can only be used once in a given URL, so the second one will not be visible and that could be the reason.

    The store locator is fully responsive, so you don’t need to have two instances in the same URL.

    Please let me know if this makes any sense to you.

    @farroyob , you are correct! thank you for letting me know. after removing the second map, the map now loads on mobiles. thank you!!
