Mobile Map Doesn’t Show Location Anymore

  • We purchased the Grid Kit Portfolio Gallery and it’s been working great…up until about October 2022. At that point the Map quit working – it just displays a generic map of the US instead of the portfolio item location. This only happens on Mobile…the same item on Desktop view looks fine. Any idea what is causing this…or how to resolve the issue?


    This happens for all items on Mobile. Here’s an example: on Mobile go to:?? https://artsjoco.org/public-art-digital-catalog/#gkit-popup then click the 2nd item to view an example – you see the ‘generic’ map. When you view this same page on Desktop, it shows the actual location on the map.

    This happens on mobile device emulator in Chrome too.
