    I am experiencing that email tracking does not work if you open the email with your mobile. It does not take into account that the email has been opened.

    Is there a way to solve this?

    Probably because the email reader block the tracking image, for example Apple does that and/or they trigger the open tracking even if the user didn’t open the email. There is nothing we can do, right now.
