I finally could resolve this. I used the magento mobile detection module Optimise Web’s Mobile Detect Class for Magento, which provides a magento helper for this detection. I have used this to make wordpress use magento detection to get the right blocks in the integration and also to load a specific css with the styles for mobile devices in wordpress.
