    I think you will need to use the Divi Header builder (rather than the standard header layout) to align your logo with the menu:

    Hi thank you!

    But I am using the free version ?? I read that the header placement requires the logo to be used as replacement and that option is not available in free version so I was hoping for a css fix.

    The header builder is a feature in Divi. I think you’d need to use it to create a 2 column layout – your logo on the left, menu on the right. (The documentation I linked to shows how to output the menu using a Code block in the divi builder).
