Mobile Issues: Video and Overset Content

Hi, I’m applying my design work to a client’s site, and they chose your theme for the project. Full disclosure: I’m a print designer, with old html/css experience… ux/mobile are not my strong points!

Site

1. Am I able to replace the video section with a static image or background just for mobile?
2. We have a table that has overset columns. Can we make that piece something that can be side-scrolled? Tried this: .crit-sched {position:absolute; overflow-x:scroll;}
3. The “Volunteer” and “Contact” sections have overset text. This is probably my oversight, I’m just not sure how exactly to fix it.
