    I am having this issue on 2 different sites mainly in Chrome on mobile. If a person clicks the chat icon and is not already logged into Facebook, and has then to login, the link is just not taking them anywhere to log in. It’s just an error/white page and the URL that comes up. Whether I try to use a facebook app, or choose to open the link using a browser.

    I have disabled Mobile usgage in the plugin on one site. The site above I still have it set to use mobile.

    I am using a few different Android devices, and testing on Chrome and Firefox.

    Also, the option in settings to not show the chat on mobile doesn’t seem to be having any affect. So I had to disable the plugin for now.

    Facebook sdk handle the login request so on .. – customer chat plugin is in beta only, there are some issues going on.
