Mobile Issues

  • My mobile website is not displaying the portfolio items on the portfolio page. It is also hit or miss whether the homepage portfolio carousel navigation arrows pop up and allow you to switch through the options. Is there a way to repair the visibility of the portfolio page items and perhaps ensure the arrows and navigation dots of the homepage carousel are visible at all times, like on the individual portfolio item pages on mobile?

    Any help is appreciated!

  • FYI I’m having the exact same problem, the portfolio grid is not appearing on the page on mobile, and it isn’t a plugin or caching issue. As kfreece mentions, sometimes it eventually loads, sometimes it doesn’t. The images in question are optimized and compressed and there are only three portfolio items to display. The problem happens on Safari on mobile but not in Chrome on Android.

    Sure, sorry. https://www.anderpyschotherapy.com is the website. I’ve checked it on desktop and mobile, iOS, Windows, and Android. Safari on iOS causes the problem.
