    – We checked this issue

    – Please apply this instruction

    A.) For remove join link.
    1. Login to WordPress Admin.
    2. Go to Settings > General.
    3. Uncheck the box that says “Anyone can register”.
    4. Click Save Changes.

    – We do not understand about in the attached images “Why does the text look like this”
    – Please activate the plugin we can’t hit the admin page for testing please share admin page link also

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response. Is there anywhere else we can send you the admin link. In addition, we have tried it in multiple phones and it’s the same issue:

    Samsung Galaxy S7
    iPhone 6s
    iPhone X

    Furthermore, following the procedure regarding hiding the join link, I believe that will get rid of the functionality for anyone to sign up to our page. We just simply want to not display it. Thanks!
