    Check your browser settings for cookie support. The plugin requires cookies to be enabled. I’ve tested this on many browsers without issues. What about the native browser on that phone?

    Yes, it must have been the cookie settings of my browser. The plugin works on another smartphone where I tested it. Nonetheless I changed some plugin settings.
