Mobile – is there a solution?

Hi,
in the mobile version of the site if I hide the social icons nobody will be able to share posts. Is there a way to change the behaviour of share icons if the site is being visited from a mobile?

For example I may have social icons on the right or left side in the desktop version and on the bottom if visited from mobile, or any other solution that is not coming up on my mind?

Maybe I could just set up social icons fixed below the post title but it would not make this plugin useful
