Mobile is only getting desktop layout

  • I am using Creativo v7.3.3

    I had installed w3 Total Cache then WP Fastest Cache; I also had installed a CDN through Stack Path.

    I have deleted all caching and reversed my DNS back to my regular Host.

    I tested that my page is updating by changing theme to Twenty Twenty and it does indeed register the change providing a mobile view for that theme.

    Now I am back to my Creativo website and cannot figure what is causing Mobile layout to fail.

    Could it be the past actions of minify CSS and JS or the themes’s “Dynamic CSS Compiling” Method set to Disk instead of inline? I have reversed these, but as I stated Mobile version will not load and instead I get the desktop version on my cell.

    Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
