@abidhussainzaigam The form submission looks fine from your screenshot, that’s a generic form submission success notification. It would be more suitable if there was a redirect URL rather than the generic success message. See a similar Github issue here.

Contact Form 7 is not directly AMP compatible. That being said, there are some ways to make it compatible yourself. You can use this AMP plugin extension to add support: https://gist.github.com/westonruter/3501016b0d44af45d878067b1856e023

To install:

1. Click Download ZIP
2. Rename the ZIP file to amp-contact-form-7-support.zip
