• Updated theme in June, we still use the default slider and header but the responsive mobile menu shows as a blank white bar in Safari on iPhone. The menu WILL appear if clicked on.

Also, it would be very helpful to know the optimal size for an image that will be used as a slide. THANKS!

    Has anyone else reported this?

I have the same issue on the mobile screen size on the iAmaze theme. Once I size the window to under 1000 pixels in width, a light bar appears between the menu (blue in my case) bar and the iAmaze slider. Here is the site URL: https://comreninc.com/

    Thanks,

    Thanks Sue!

Where are you entering in the window size?

If you use the web developer tools in your browser you can view the size of the window. I did this by resizing the window and found where the breaks occurred that caused the white bar to appear.

Unfortunately, I’m not clear on what you’re saying you did to resolve the issue.

Are you saying the issue appeared for you on the mobile screen preview through the Appearance > Customize section in iAmaze? Or are you saying that you edited something to size the responsive menu properly?

I am still using the default slider.
