Mobile Header Image not responsive

  • Hi there, I hope someone can help. My website looks fantastic on a laptop but on a mobile device the header image is cut off. Is there a way to fix this?

    I’ve checked your site but haven’t been able to see any cut off images. Have you got this resolved now? If not, it would be great if you could make a screenshot of what is happening and upload it to a service like Snaggy.

    Please also mention which device and browser you are using when the problem occurs and I’ll see if I can replicate it.

    Hi Gemma,

    Sorry about that! Actually, I’ve mislabeled this question — it was about a page’s featured image, not the header image. I put both up so you could see what’s going on. The header image does size properly, but the featured image doesn’t. I’m looking at it on an iPhone 5S using the Safari browser.

    Thanks for the browser information. Would you also be able to send a link to the screenshots?

    I noticed your site is now in maintenance mode. I don’t have any access to the site other than visiting it (please don’t send any login details). I’ll be happy to look at the screenshots but it might be hard to troubleshoot without being able to see the issue on a working site.
