    Our website has different user roles and we use the plugin to show different menus based on the user role, but it doesn’t seem to be doing anything on our mobile menu.

    We use WPBakery and have two different headers (Desktop and Mobile). On the mobile, we see the same menu regardless of the user role.

    Hi,

    If your mobile menu is a separate / custom menu, then the Conditional Menu can not apply to it, please make sure both your desktop / mobile menu to be the same default WP menu type, also using Page Builders to build menus within custom headers won’t work with the conditional menus plugin, because that can not change the page builder elements, it can only work with the default WP menu.
