Mobile header

I love the theme. But I am having some issues with mobile look of the header when you start to scroll through the content. On desktop is turns into menu bar with logo on the side. Is it possible to make it works the same way on mobile device while you are scrolling through the content: with fixed position of the top bar with small logo on the left and menu icon on the right?

Any advice?
