Mobile Drop Down Menu Not Working

Hey there, I currently have the Luxury theme downloaded on my site (from Templatic), but we’re having an issue with the mobile drop down menu. It’s an e-commerce site, so when you click on ‘State’ to have the list of states drop down, nothing happens. It looks like this is only on Safari on mobile.

I’ve contacted Templatic (the theme developer) and although they sent me some updated template files, it still doesn’t work. Now, they’ve disappeared and are ignoring my emails and support requests.

Has anyone else had an issue with this? You can see the issue here:

Again, it’s only on Safari on mobile, and it’s only the ‘State’ drop down menu (which is really important because it’s a required field so none of our customers can check out).

I know going to Templatic’s support is the first step, but like I said, they aren’t helping anymore. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
