Hello again, and once again thank you very kindly for the excellent plugin and superior support.

Issue: Although I have set my slider to show only 10 random google reviews which displays perfectly on desktop, the display on the mobile version shows all 30, including the 30 dots of navigation beneath. Is this a bug, or is there a way to control this so it only shows the 10 like the desktop version?

    Thank you

Okay, now I’ve bothered you again because, now the 30 dots and reviews aren’t showing on mobile either. So it was something intermittent. Weird because when I reported this, and all that evening, when collapsed for mobile view it suddenly showed all 30 reviews and the corresponding 30 dots in the navigation. But today, after being logged out and logging back in, the effect was normal, 10 reviews and dots across display types. Not sure what that’s about but I’ll close this ticket.

Thanks again for your excellent support.

Sounds like it took a little bit for the cache to update.

It’s doing it again. Nothing changed here that I know of that would affect this yet it’s the same issue. Please see the following image/screencap:

So there still seems to exist that bug mentioned last post.

Also note that under Templates > Badge Settings that when set to Above Wide, the mobile display extends beyond the mobile device viewing port. It seems to be related to the margin for that block.

    Please try version 16

Hi and thank you again. It appears that the dot navigation has been removed from the mobile display, is that correct? If so, that works fine. Please confirm this was the solution to that bug.

    Thank you

Yes, dots were removed on mobile. The dots weren’t really a bug, but when switched to mobile one dot represented one review so that is why so many dots were appearing.
