    Hi,

I installed the plugin on my website and I display a calendar in a Elementor modale window to make appointments.

It worked well for a few months on all types of devices, but now the calendar is not displayed on mobile. I tested on my iPhone, with Safari and Chrome, but it does not work on both browsers. The modale windows works correctly, but the calendar does not appear at all in on the modale window. It works fine on desktop.

You can see this in action by clicking the “CONSULTER NOTRE AGENDA” button at the bottom of the page.

I recently updated Elementor Pro to v3.3.2, and I have version 1.3.10 of the Appointment Hour Booking plugin installed on my website.

Do you have any idea how to fix this issue on mobile?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Please try first changing the “script load method” to “Direct” in the troubleshoot area of the plugin (located under the Appointment Hour Booking menu >> General Settings >> Troubleshoot).

In addition to that try also deactivating the captcha to see if it is related to the conflict:

Thank you for using the plugin!

When I change the “script load method” to “Direct”, it doesn’t change anything. The appointments form is still not visible on mobile, on the modale window.

I desactivated Captcha too, and that was the same…

And there is something strange too : when I try to set options of the plugin by clicking the plugin name in the Elementor navigator, nothing happens. I have an error thrown in the DevTool console of Chrome, and options tab on the left side of the Elementor Pannel still remains empty. No option at all is displayed… See : https://pro.fox-detectives.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/bug-appointement-hour-booking.jpg

I tried to display the appointement form on a standard page, it worked perfectly, and there were no bug in the backoffice (as described above), on the Elementor pannel. I’m thinking there is a compatibility issus between the Appointement Hour Booking plugin and the modale window feature of Elementor…

    Thx for your help

    I did some other tests:

    – on a simple page, built with Elementor, the plugin options are not displayed either (so the bug is not only related to modal windows as I thought initialy) [see the screenshot link in the previous post]

    – on a new fresh website, with only Elementor and Elementor Pro installed, I also have the same bug in the backoffice: error in the DevTools console, and the plugin options not displayed on the left sidebar of Elementor

    On both websites :
    – Elementor v3.2.5
    – Elementor Pro v3.3.1

Any idea ? Am I the ony one to get this bug ?
