    Without seeing your site, I can’t really tell you what you’d need to add to make it look correct. But I would look into using CSS @media queries to make those last two staff members look right on smaller screens.

    Just remember that if you add very specific styles for a smaller screen and the number of the staff members change in the future, you may have to go back and adjust your CSS.
