• Hello

    BACKGROUND:
I’m trying to help my mom troubleshoot her website. I don’t really know anything about this stuff, but it appears to be trying to call a non-existent function. I’m not sure if the error message she’s being emailed is related to the mobile viewing problem either.

Help would be most appreciated. Times are tough right now and I really need help in getting this working for her. Please break down explanation like I’m 5 so I can walk her through it.

    ISSUE:
Error when trying to load the page in mobile browser (Safari, Brave/Chrome, etc.)

  • Looking at your error message, this has to do with the “designthemes-core-features” plugin, which is a companion plugin that came with the Spa Lab theme the site uses.

This theme, as well as the problematic bundled plugin, is a commercial product. As such, WordPress support volunteers here are unable to install such add-ons and offer any sort of assistance (without purchasing the themes first, which isn’t going to happen).

So you’ll need to seek help from the vendor the theme was purchased from. Here’s info about getting support from the Spa Lab theme, from the marketplace where the theme is sold: https://themeforest.net/item/spa-lab-beauty-spa-beauty-salon-wordpress-theme/8795615/support

    Good luck!
