Mobile disabled, but keeps displaying

I disabled the mobile upprev option, but the window keeps sliding in on mobile devices. I tested on several devices including, One Plus One, iPhone, iPad, … but all the same problem.

Currently I disabled the upprev plugin, because the window makes the mobile website unreadable. Andy suggestion to debug or resolve this problem?
