Hmm I’m not seeing the issue, which mobile device are you using?

Im using an Iphone X myself. The right top should show a menu burger if you’re on the mobile version.

Your theme is meant to be generating this HTML:

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">

That HTML is not being shown on your website.

Try deactivating all of your plugins to explore whether any could be responsible. Re-activate them one by one until you find the issue.
