When the AI-Engine plugin is enabled, the viewing of ComplexDiscovery.com web pages on mobile devices is degraded as only the AI-Engine icon and other chat-type icons (Pipedrive) work, and the normally active links on the pages do not work. After troubleshooting, the issue appears to be a conflict between the theme and AI-Engine. The theme is Newsup Pro. I tried the suggested code update from your support Chatbot with no success. Is there custom code that would make the mobile-viewed pages respond as normal? I cannot change themes and absolutely want the AI-Engine Chatbot enabled on the site. Interestingly enough, when the mobile device is rotated 90 degrees, and the viewing width is greater than the viewing height, the pages present without issue.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

After consulting both the theme developer and plugin developer, I was wondering if there might be a simple line of code that would allow for the disabling of the plugin on mobile devices?

Actually, I think there are plugins to disable plugins based on some rules; it could be a good idea to try something like that ?? Better not to load anything related to a plugin if it’s not useful for a certain visitor anyway, so you might be even able to optimize your WP further with such a technique.
