Mobile device support?

  • Is Intercom supposed to work on mobile? When I preview as mobile in my browser the chat box is visible in the lower right corner (and it’s sticky, which is exactly what I want), but when I try it on an actual mobile device it doesn’t show up at all.

    Correction: I was testing on an older iphone; it works on a newer one.

    The reason I was testing this: I’m actually looking for a way to either:

    a) Change the way the chat button works on mobile (different configuration on mobile devices – for instance, different colours, messaging, etc.);

    b) Of ‘a’ is not possible, disable the chat button on mobile altogether and use a different CTA tool.

    Any thoughts oni this are appreciated.
