• I am totally lost, loving the contact 7 forms and signature box.
Thought I had it all working lovely – as it does on the desktop version.

My issue is when I try to upload a form on a mobile device, I just get spinning arrows and sometimes the error message – “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later”.

Now the strange thing is, I have two contact forms (covid and release). The covid form works perfectly on desktop and mobile. The tattoo release form just spins and fails…. the only difference is the tattoo release form has a file upload which is then attached to an email. As I say this works perfectly on desktop.

I really need help on this as we have been told our tattoo studio needs to go contact less as much as possible. Please help ??

and remember that I am a noob at wordpress… so may need help with technical parts (dont be afraid to dumb it down for me)

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I removed the following from the edit form options:

<h4> Please upload a photo of your ID </h4>
    [file file-239 limit:20mb filetypes:gif|png|jpg|jpeg]

and just like my Covid form it worked immediately, now this is a work around for me as I can ask to see their ID on the day but it would be so useful to keep for council inspections with the online form they completed.

It is strange though how the code above will work on desktop without an issue but makes any mobile device (tried 6) just sit there spinning its arrows.

I have put it back into my code, hoping that someone here can help me.
