Mobile detection doesn't work

Hey,
The plugin is great, but it only seems to work well on desktops. Regardless of any combination of settings that I’ve tried, I can’t get a different layout to appear with a small screen size. Even if I set the cutoff to 0 or 1000000, it always remains at the desktop layout.
