Mobile Compatible Themes

    I have a website undergroundrefuse.com

    The site being pulled up on a computer has a video playing at the top we want to be seen on mobile devices.

    1. Is there a theme that is mobile friendly as created (paid or free) that this video would play on mobile devices without any plug-ins? Currently I’m using the theme Structure.

    2. I just tried to use 3 different plugins on the Structure Theme and none worked, one ended up giving me a fatal error that took down the website until it was disabled, is there a theme that works with a plugin that would make the video play on a mobile device with no issues?
