Mobile – Can’t enter text in form field

    Hi, I’m experience problem to enter text in form field in mobile. I have a newsletter in different pages and doesn’t work in none of the pages on mobile.

    If you click to type/insert the info nothing happen.

    What can I do to solve this problem?

    It does work on my phone. What kind of phone are you using?
    Can you try to https://refreshyourcache.com on the phone and see if that helps maybe?

    If that’s not it please let me know what kind of phone you test on, what browser you use on that phone and also disable the right click protection on your phone so we can inspect the code.

    Hi, thanks for the reply.
    I’m using an iPhone. In my iMac with safari I can’t enter text too. I already try to refresh cache and still doesn’t work. I ask for a few people and they have the same problem.

    Hey @ricroman,

    Can you please go to the “MC4WP > Others” menu in your WordPress admin share with us the errors listed there?
