    Hello,

Last week the wheel worked fine, now we experience an issue on mobile devices, where the wheel appears not responsive in terms of layout. The wheel itself is too big, and the text is not visible, out of the content area. Mobile wheel is enabled, every setting remains the same as it was.

We use wp fastest cache plugin. Clearing cache and CSS, JSS did not solve the issue. Every plugin and wp is up to date.

Please help us resolve this issue, it worked fine just a few days ago, no option was changed, no new plugin was installed.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Thank you for using VillaTheme’s plugin.
You seem to add Custom CSS on our plugin setting/Wheel background tab, don’t you?
We found this Custom CSS inline (https://prnt.sc/1uysgfy)
So, please remove the Custom CSS highlighted in the image above and retest.

    Best regards.

We did not add custom CSS, the field is empty.
Can you please give us the CSS code line we can paste into the custom CSS field to resolve the issue? Reset the width to the factory settings.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your waiting.
Please go to the setting of Fastest cache plugin, enable this option (https://prnt.sc/1v3ijyj) clear all caches and check again.

    Best regards.

what is that custom CSS to make the wheel smaller on mobile ?
My custom field is also empty.
    Thx.
