Certain Android devices (not even versions, and particularly Samsung’s) have decided to have their default browsers identify themselves as early versions of Safari, I have no idea why. The safest thing is to not block any version of Chrome or Safari (ie, allow any webkit browser version), which should avoid the false positives on mobile. Fortunately, very, very few users are stuck on critically old versions of Chrome or Safari.
