Mobile Browsers 403 (Not BPS)

Hi and thank you for this great plugin!
It is very useful and hopefully not dead since its been a while since the last update..

I was really hoping you can help me out with an issue:
Everything works great for me on desktop, but on mobile browsers, both android and iOS it doesn’t work and gives out this error in the section of the website where it is placed:

“Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access this resource.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”

I tried to troubleshoot based on the BPS solution, but it doesn’t seem to work. Also it is strange that on desktop works flawlessly, but mobile does not.

Any help is really appreciated.
