Mobile browsers

  • I’ve noticed sites that are optimized for mobile as well, when the feedback tab is engaged, it is too big and there is no way close it. Maybe I missed it, but is there an option to turn off Webengage for mobile browsers?

    Apologies for the trouble. We’ll soon be releasing a mobile optimized version of the product. I’ll update this thread once we it is available.
