• Hi!
    My client’s webshop site is using Storefront theme, and a reoccuring problem is that the mobile bottom navigation menu is not showing up. In the editor mode I can see the bottom navigation but on the live site, when I log out from the editor mode, it doesn’t show.
    There might be more problems on the site which I am currently trying to fix, but this one just comes back regularly. Usually when I clear the site’s cache files, it reappears, but after some time, it’s gone again.

    Can you help me with this please?

    Since you mentioned that clearing the cache temporarily resolves the issue, it’s possible that caching is affecting how the mobile menu is displayed. Do you currently have any caching plugins active on the site? If so, can you temporarily deactivate those and see if that resolves the issue?

    If that makes no difference, can you please share a copy of your sites System Status Report so that we can take a closer look at your sites current environment.

    You can find this via?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for Support. Once you have this, please paste the results in your response here.

    Hey @beautyofcode ,
    Thank you for your recommendation. I turned off my caching plugin (WP Rocket) and the menu works fine.
    Altough this solved my problem, I like using WP Rocket, since it helps me with the performance of the site. Is there any intermediate solution for me to use WP Rocket and not get these kind of issues again?
