Try this CSS:

        margin-top: 0;
        margin-right: 1.5em;
    }
}

Try this CSS:

@media (max-width: 768px) {
    body:not(.single) .inside-article {
        display: grid;
        grid-template-columns: 40% 60%;
    }
    .post-image, .entry-header {
        grid-row: 1;
    }
}

You can also see the exact CSS that site is using by using the browser inspection tool.
