Mobile appointments automatically 'removed'

I made a test on my sandbox site by making an appointment from my phone and appointment went to pending as it should due to the setup I have there.

Would you mind posting link to your site where I can see this so we can try to make a test appointment?

I’m seeing two confirmation boxes when trying to book an appointment, can you please post the shortcodes that you’re using on the appointments page?

You were right there were two confirmation codes.
I removed one but afterwards found another appointment was created via phone and went straight into the ‘removed’ stage. Interestingly it still placed it in the google calendar.

Here are the shortcodes that are now on the page:

Hey Michael,

I made additional tests with the shortcodes that you’re using and everything seems to be in order.

There is something else I had in mind, can you please let me know are you confirming appointments automatically or not?

Can you please take a screenshot of Appointments -> Settings -> General -> Time Settings?

The reason I ask is because there is “Disable pending appointments after (mins)” option which removes the pending appointment after x amount of time (default is 60).

Please let me know ??

The auto confirm is set to no.
The time to disable pending appointments after (mins) option is set at the default of 60.

This means appointments will be removed after 60 minutes unless confirmed. Can you please make a test appointment from your phone to see if the appointments are being removed instantly or this is being caused by the above option.

That’s fine, plugin really has a lot of options so this can be easily missed. The phone part really confused me, at first I was leaning toward some sort of conflict or a bug as I thought this is really only happening when using mobiles.
