    Hi there.

    The domain issue you are experiencing is due to the fact that the domain is not being verified from your WordPress installation. You’d need to login to the My Account page and approve the link between the mobile device and your website, as well as have the Premium Extension installed and activated on your site.

    The app supports all domains though(There have been no limitations placed on this).

    Please get in touch with us via our support desk so that we can assist you in getting this up and running as these forums only support the Basic version of our plugin.

    Where does one find the “My Account” page at your website?

    I am seeing Domain not verified on my Desktop and Android Apps ?

    Unfortunately these forums only officially support the Basic version of our plugin – I have however gotten back to you on the ticket you submitted to us ??

    Once you’ve logged in though, you can visit https://wp-livechat.com/my-account again and you’ll have access to your account related information.
