Mobile API hanging

  • Hi,
    I’m attempting to setup a new connection to facebook using the Mobile api. I can generate the access token but when I copy the code over and click ‘Add Account’ nothing else happens.
    Could you advise debugging steps please.

    Did you added the correct facebook user name and the password ??
    We have found some users are trying to add the WordPress login details to generate the access token and get the blank output.

    I can generate the Access Token ok with no errors using my personal facebook login details. It is when I copy/paste and then click ‘Add Account’ that the process hangs.
