Mobile answer not saved

    When I answered the quiz which is made up of 10 questions on my phone, 1 or 2 questions in the quiz can’t be saved when I pressed the answer and click the next button.
    Finally, on the result page, it displays that I didn’t answer this question.
    But actually I have already answered the question.
    I’m not sure which action causes this problem.
