Mobile and Tablet Views Not Working

    I’m not sure if this applies to you but I managed to get the mobile and tablet working by going to Tool Gallery in the main addthis dashboard (not WP) and selecting the Mobile Toolbar as well as the Sharing Sidebar.

    For those users that are just primarily using the WordPress plugin without an addthis account I’m unsure.

    I am getting the same issue, I have just added this to a new site, I can get the desktop version working fine, but not in Mobile/Tablet where on a previous site it stuck itself to the bottom of the screen.

    Are you saying i need to log in to Addthis.com to sort this? As I have just installed the plugin, I do not have a account with them linked to this I just need the follow bar to show at the bottom.

    I am currently using WP 4.2.2 using Vantage Theme

    Yes that’s how got it to work. I configured everything on my addthis account. I selected the sharing sidebar to display on a desktop and the mobile toolbar to display on Mobile/Tablet.

    I added the API key to the WP plugin and didn’t change any settings within the WP admin itself.
