Mobile and tablet do not seem to be showing up

I haven’t been able to figure this out, I even tried jetpack. I do have access to permissions. The cache folder has 0755 permissions. Inside the folder most files have 0600.

I have disabled my security plugins and no luck either.

Do you have an error log? Also please check file wp-content/plugins/photoblocks-grid-gallery/public/timthumb.php has permissions 755

can you please rename the file

wp-content/plugins/photoblocks-grid-gallery/public/timthumb.php

to

wp-content/plugins/photoblocks-grid-gallery/public/test.php

and then check if the following url works?

I did the rename for testing and tried your link. It did bring up the photo.
