    Hello!

On my site there are elements that are visible only in mobile view, and there are elements that are visible on tablets and desktops (the site looks the same on a tablet and desktop).

To do this, I use your plugin’s standard tools.

During testing, I found that at the 767px screen width, both site views are visible.

  • Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

It would seem that you may have elements that are outside the view on mobile.

I would start by checking for hidden elements outside the frame by going over the different items in the site’s navigator. See the tutorial here on how to access the navigator:

    Navigator – Elementor

If you see an Element outside the mobile frame, select it and change the left/right margins until it fits the frame. Margins can be found when selecting a widget/column/section and going to the ‘Advanced’ tab.

If the issue persists, please reply with the relevant URL and tell us which items are out of the frame on both views.

    Regards,

    Gil
