Found it; its a CSS glitch overlooked. The fix is here if you want to copy the CSS file to your plugin manually between now and the next release.

Replace the woocommerce-smallscreen.css file with https://raw.githubusercontent.com/woothemes/woocommerce/5481820668b05737fa361c3e4af076007611d4cc/assets/css/woocommerce-smallscreen.css to resolve.

I wrote this code on woocommerce-smallscreen.scss
But it is not fixed.

Can i do more ?

If you definitely copied it across make sure to flush your browser cache to get the new version.
