• I have a site with the default language as English. I am using the q translate plugin so that visitors can translate it to French or Croatian. The Croatian language file has to be added. I’m not sure what I need to do. I know I have to download the .mo file. How/where do I install it? Also it says to change the define (‘WPLANG’, ”); to a language but doesn’t that change the default language – that’s not what I want to do. I want to have English as the default with options for French, Croatian, etc.

    Thanks

Do I upload just the additional .mo files(French, Croatian, etc) that I want my site to translate to?

I’m confused. I went to download the Croatian language file but couldn’t open it. Some sites say I need a PO file and the MO file. Is there a tutorial that will show me how I can add different languages to a site? The default language will be English and two options would be French and Croatian.

    Thanks for any help
