.mo and .po files overrided

I translated and modified some .mo and .po sentences and I’ve put them on wp-content/languages/themes and worked. I use a child theme.

BUT after update, the default mo and po overrided my modified ones.

how to use my language files with that theme? putting them in child theme folder doesn’t work.
