MM forms plugin how to get started?

  • I have installed MM (MotionMill) Forms free version to etspj.org and downloaded the documentation (which is for the pro version) but I don’t know what to do next to get to the screens where I can start building my form. Can you help please? Thanks, Jean

    Failing that, does anyone know of a plugin where I can make forms for visitors to register for an awards contest and for a dinner banquet–that kind of form. Thanks again, Jean
